Ministry of National Food Security and Research is reportedly sitting on a fact-finding inquiry conducted by a parliamentary panel against a “specific group” associated with Pakistan Agriculture Research Council (PARC) involved in massive bungling in olive promotion project. The panel headed by Rao Muhammad Ajmal MNA and comprising Chaudhary Iftikhar Nazir, Syed Iftikhar ul-Hasan MNA and Salman Khan Baloch quizzed the top brass of PARC on this scam.
