Do you want to improve your tasting ability? Ever wondered how to describe different food flavours? Want to pick a good olive oil from a bad one? Two workshops being held in August will use a range of EVOOs, including the latest 2016 harvest, to help you appreciate different flavours and recognise what makes good quality oil. The hands-on workshop will be presented by sensory analyst Briony Liebich, a national olive oil judge and chief judge of the Fleurieu Food Olive Awards. Cost is $60pp, including a light supper. Dates and venues are:
