PIRSA has launched Round 3 of the Advanced Food Manufacturing grants program and Expressions of Interest are now open to South Australian producers, closing on 29 July. The program supports the development of innovative or novel food and beverage products or manufacturing processes through the commercialisation of research. Grants up to $100,000 are available for co-funded projects from South Australian food and beverage manufacturers (excluding wine) and public or private research technology providers. Preference will be given to those projects that can demonstrate a focus on delivering a functional or luxury product.
