The Hunter Olive Centre and Pokolbin Estate Vineyard once again achieved success at the 2007 Hunter Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Table Fruit Show.

Presently, over 30 small producers sell their wares through The Hunter Olive Centre, which, although the focus is on Olives, Olive Oil and Olive products, also supports the fantastic flavours being concocted by small, local producers. A short list of the offerings – Olives, Olive Oil, Olive products, jams, chutneys, conserves, dippers, dukkahs, balsamic vinegars, chilli jams, chilli sauce, Harissa, Macadamia nut butter, chocolate sauces, Herbie’s spices, Australian bush food produce, Asian flavour pastes, sauces and marinades, infused oils and hard-to-find kitchen gadgets.
